Quality Control
The key to KJR PropertyPreservation Service is our quality control practices. It lies in the comprehensive training of our personnel and the consistent monitoring of our completed work. Our employees receive in-depth training and instruction. New employees participate in PPO’s credentialing program which allows them to learn the ins and outs of the process. Training with respect to the investor/insurer guidelines, KJR PropertyPreservation Service requirements and client specific directives are also administered.
Through our field QC, the conditions of various properties are evaluated in person by KJR PropertyPreservation Service, the client, the broker and contractors during inspection tours. The purpose of these tours is not only evaluation of the services rendered, but to also create a dialogue between all parties involved concerning process improvements that can be made to better meet everyone’s needs
